Show Fees:
A trainer’s fee (flat fee) will be charged per show as stated above.
Excluded, and billed separately, are all fees incurred by the individual horse as well
as any additional charges incurred at shows such as the Buckeye, Regionals and Nationals.
These include all entries, stalls, farrier, non-member fees, early arrival fees, vet expenses, hauling and body clipping.
Bedding, golf cart rentals, tack stalls, premium stalls, additional employee help brought only to shows,
cooler drinks as well as patron pkgs. will be pro-rated.
All other horse show expenses are included in the trainer’s fee.
No horse will be able to attend any show if the account is thirty days or more past due. An interest rate of 12% will be charged on all unpaided bills past 30 days due
A 1.5% per month service charge, or 18% annually, is applied to the outstanding balance at the close of each month after the first 30 days.
Prize Money:
The winnings are retained at the show by Siemon Stables and will be deducted from the owner's next statement.
Commission Fee:
10% Commission on all sales, unless another trainer is involved, then the commission fee will be 15%.
