For all of us in the horse world, don't we do everything possible to ensure that our prized animals get the best of everything? We explore every possible avenue to give them the best feeds, supplements and health care that we can find. We want them to not only perform to the best of their ability but also have bright shiny coats and a good attitude. Money never seems to be a factor as we dedicate ourselves to the well being of our horses.

Somewhere in our thinking though haven't we gone amiss? What about ourselves? From experience it seems that most of us give very little attention to our own well being. Oh we may take a few supplements. We may even try to eat healthy as often as possible. And of course some people are much more aware of nutrition then others. But if you are like my family and also many of the horse people that we surround ourselves with, the stress of life, the busyness of our days far too often results in fast food, little rest and no thought at all about what we are providing our own bodies.

Don't we owe it to ourselves to know just as we do with our beloved horses what we are putting into our bodies? Or what we are lacking so that our bodies function the way God marvelously created them to work. How many of us really work at proper diet and nutrition? I know our family has not. Not at least till we discovered Reliv a year ago. It is not a cure for anything, but rather a chance to give the body what it craves so that it has the nutrients it needs to fight off the many contaminates that our polluted air and poor nutrition cause to short circuit our health.
